<P>日本赔款这件事情，是第一代领导人（尤其是周恩来）很严重的失误，从政治上来讲同样是重大失误。</P><P>如果我们坚持日本的高额战争赔款，新中国的发展有了基础自不待言，这笔赔款当然会从老百姓身上收取，虽然“日本人民”会加重负担，但是日本人民也就知道钱是为了赔偿中国，为什么赔偿，因为战败，为什么战败，因为侵略，也就不会有眼前篡改历史的事情了。而前几年日本老拿低息政府贷款卡中国脖子的事也就不会有了，我们可以趾高气扬地叫小日本拿钱来，因为他们败了。</P><P>所以，楼上的的以为这是政治，其实是因为当事人脑子进水了，犯错误而已。</P>

<P>就因为没有对中过进行过战争赔款，现在的日本就是不承认对中国进行过侵略战争。是当时新中国政府领导人们的一大失误啊。</P>
