[知识] 无非妙道—之开茶技巧篇

    开茶——简单来说就是解茶,还原初制茶的过程。这一环节须要对压茶的工序有所了解,如何既能保持茶气,又能减少碎粒,尽量保持条索的完整。其实可以各施各法,各取所长,先以开七子饼茶为例,列图说明,仅供参考,共同学习。

1、开茶使用的茶针
2、用茶针在饼窝内侧三分之一处开始,沿缝开出一圈
3、接着在饼窝内侧三分之二处在开出一圈
4、在饼茶外圈二分之一位置沿缝开出一圈
5、再在饼茶外圈内侧二分之一处沿缝开出一圈
6、然后在饼茶外侧二分之一沿缝开出一圈
7、投石问路,先在内侧有缝的位置用茶针开入,尽量茶距均匀
8、茶针由内圈往外圈延伸,直至饼面松散,然后翻转茶饼
9、茶针由外圈往内圈延伸,逐步使饼面松散
10、用茶针将茶拨开,轻轻取出需要加工的块头再细分
11、轻轻用手将茶细分,去掉碎沫
12、将开好的茶装袋、封好。

8、茶针由内圈往外圈延伸,直至饼面松散,然后翻转茶饼

不用搞这么多花样。。
直接用手小范围旋转掰。。掰几个圈。就全部散架了。跟毛料一样。:titter
