[font=宋体][size=12pt]目前我国西南五省出现秋、冬、春连旱。其中云南省旱情严重[/size][/font][size=12pt][font=Times New Roman],[/font][/size][font=宋体][size=12pt]耕地受旱面积占全国的[/size][/font][size=12pt][font=Times New Roman]51%,[/font][/size][font=宋体][size=12pt]农作物绝收面积[/size][/font][size=12pt][font=Times New Roman]307.3[/font][/size][font=宋体][size=12pt]千万公顷[/size][/font][size=12pt][font=Times New Roman],[/font][/size][font=宋体][size=12pt]小春作物预计减产[/size][/font][size=12pt][font=Times New Roman]50%[/font][/size][font=宋体][size=12pt]。目前云南的旱情仍然在加重，云南省防汛抗旱指挥部的最新数据显示，截止到[/size][/font][size=12pt][font=Times New Roman]3[/font][/size][font=宋体][size=12pt]月[/size][/font][size=12pt][font=Times New Roman]26[/font][/size][font=宋体][size=12pt]号全省饮水困难的人口已经达到了[/size][/font][size=12pt][font=Times New Roman]828[/font][/size][font=宋体][size=12pt]万，比一周前增加了[/size][/font][size=12pt][font=Times New Roman]10[/font][/size][font=宋体][size=12pt]多万人。[/size][/font][size=12pt][/size]
