我们都知道普洱茶有许多保健功效，且它的减肥降脂、暖胃护胃功效果为明显，但是为了能够达到喝茶健身的作用我们是不是首先需要保证普洱茶的质量呢？茶面上见有霉变的茶是否可以喝呢？ 　　普洱茶的生产在云南，通常目前存在历史较悠久且知名的茶厂有勐海茶厂，下关茶厂，等 　　鉴别普洱熟茶的基本特征：色泽褐红，条索整齐紧结，口感甘滑、醇厚、活顺，喝来令人愉快舒适。 　　普洱熟茶的质量通常体现在普洱茶的外形和内质两方面上： 外形辨别： 　　普洱散茶：一般分特级及一至十级普洱。从外形上讲：普洱茶外形色泽褐红（俗称猪肝色），条索肥嫩，紧结（因采用大叶种为原料）。普洱散茶的级别是按嫩度为基础的，嫩度越高的级别也就越高。衡量嫩度看3点：1）芽头多，毫显，嫩度高。2）条索（叶片卷紧的程度）紧结，重实，嫩度高。3）色泽光润,色泽光滑，润泽的嫩度好，色泽干枯的嫩度差。 　　普洱紧压熟茶：外形要求形状匀整端正；棱角整齐，不缺变少角；厚薄一致，松紧适度；模纹清晰，条索整齐紧结；色泽以黑褐，棕褐、褐红色为正常。表面有霉花，霉点的普洱茶均为劣质。 内质辨别： 　　汤色：明亮，红浓，红褐色。如汤色红浓剔透是高品质普洱茶，犹如红酒一杯；深红，红褐的汤色均为正常，暗红、暗黑浑浊的为劣质。 　　香气：主要看香气的纯度，区别霉味与陈香味。霉味是一种变质的味道，使人不愉快。陈香味是普洱茶在后发酵过程中，多种化学成分在微生物和酶的作用下，形成的新物质产生的一种综合香气。有的似桂圆香，枣香，槟榔香等，总之是令人愉快的香气。普洱茶香气达到的最高境界也就是我们常说的普洱茶的陈韵。所以陈香味与霉味是不同的。如有霉味，酸味，或其他异味，香味等为不正常。 　　滋味：普洱茶的滋味要醇和，爽滑，甘甜。指刺激性不强，没有涩味，口感很舒服。回甘是指茶汤浓而刺激性不强，茶汤入口以后舌根有明显的回甜味。 <IMG src="http://bbs.puerh.cn/attachments/bbsxp/Emotions/40.gif"><IMG
